Last year I took phentermine and lost 65 pounds with no side effects. I had gained back some weight and recently stated taking it again, but this time I just don’t feel good in general. Bad headaches, nausea, diarrhea, dizziness. Can it effect you differently?

I had cyst removal surgery like two weeks ago. I have been on pain pills and was told by one of the nurses at my doctor’s office that I should not mix my diet pills with my pain pills, she told me to wait off on the diet pills until I finished my pain pills. I took my last pain pill yesterday around 1:00pm, and I am wanting to start back on my phentermine pills today, Monday. Do you think it would be okay? Also, I have a food question, when I take my diet(Adipex) pill, is it okay to eat light fat free ice cream every once in a while?
