Acomplia is not yet approved in the US, so I don’t know a lot about it. I know it blocks CB receptors which are believed to make people eat food habitually.

Lexapro is a SSRI, and has to do with serotonin receptors…

I am not certain why you believe one has some thing to do with the other?? Do you know some thing I don’t?
