Oh God, I do not keep in mind how many times a day I took it………I think 4. Take it AS PRESCRIBED. Things to know: this is really disgusting, but DO NOT EVER think you “just have to fart”. You will end up with a massive grease stain on your couch or whatever. Multivitamins and water are a wonderful notion, but just be truly cautious, if you feel like you “have gas” get to the bathroom simply because it is like when you cook spaghetti sauce and then soak the pot, how the grease rises to the top……… that is what the toilet is going to look like even if it is just “gas”. Trust me, I’ve been there.
Good luck to you, I DID lose weight on Xenical but not like I did on phen-fen, and I ended up having gastric bypass. I’m not positive how considerably you have to lose or no matter whether the doc will even give it to you.
